How to Use

Find a place to lie down or sit back for about 10 minutes — a bed, sofa, floor, or recliner all work. Position the neck support around the middle of your neck. Start with gentle traction (convex side under your head). Adjust the device up or down along your spine to find the most comfortable position. Bend your knees and rest your hands beside your head. Once comfortable, let your neck settle into the support and take slow, deep breaths. Reposition lightly every few minutes to avoid pressure in one spot. As with any new routine, start slowly — use for 5 minutes, then gradually increase in 5-minute increments. You may notice mild discomfort at first as your muscles and joints adjust. If you feel pain, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
