Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no conditions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping: available at checkout for faster delivery

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@pedivia.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@pedivia.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot guarantee the address can be changed before shipment.
