Return & Refund Policy

At Pedivia, we stand behind every product we ship. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — fast.

What We Cover

We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for items that arrive:

  • Physically damaged (broken, torn, crushed in transit)
  • Defective (structural flaws, manufacturing errors)
  • Significantly different from what was described

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at towelandtone@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect.
  3. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

What We Don't Cover

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart carefully before purchasing)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Claims made more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once issued.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement, we'll ship one at no cost to you. Delivery follows the same standard timeline (5–10 business days).
