At Pedivia, we stand behind every product we ship. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — fast.
What We Cover
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for items that arrive:
- Physically damaged (broken, torn, crushed in transit)
- Defective (structural flaws, manufacturing errors)
- Significantly different from what was described
How to Request a Return
- Email us at towelandtone@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect.
- We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
What We Don't Cover
- Change-of-mind returns
- Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart carefully before purchasing)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once issued.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement, we'll ship one at no cost to you. Delivery follows the same standard timeline (5–10 business days).
